Warlocks Gawain Vayne and Neith Morae. I decided to place them in one picture since they both look metal AF (and for less spamming). Those two are part of a series of NPC portraits I illustrated for Snowhaven! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/deployedandbackagain/snowhaven-for-fifth-edition Find me on Tumblr: http://vagelio.tumblr.com/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/vageliokali Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/vageliokal/ Deviantart: http://vagelio.deviantart.com/ Stock art: https://www.drivethrurpg.com/browse/pub/8779/Vagelio Prints: https://society6.com/vagelio

More Snowpunk-themed AI experimentation. Unlink the other pieces, I tried to generate arthouse-esque scenes within the Snowpunk style. It was a bit more challenging to find the perfect prompt(s) that would generate both a nice scene and scenery. I guess, a romantic arthouse film in a weird ice-age sci-fi setting is not as usual as expected. Eventually, I did end up finding some working combinations and found it difficult to stop myself from making more generations. I also love the occasional polar bear, those caught me off-guard LOL
Used some of my favourite film directors (or just their styles) as prompts, which basically just made a combination of each director's colour grade hahahah
Lynta Thwaite, Molly Haeve, and Sarah Stone. Portraits of halfling (and halfling-sized) ladies I ‘ve illustrated for Snowhaven. Yesternight my friend and I went to an avant-garde music event in the North of Amsterdam until midnight and we had to walk back to station as no buses drove anymore, at this moment trains would also ride once an hour so we were stranded and it was cold as hell outside!
As I was shivering in the cold, I was thinking about this artist residency in Svalbard of which I came across earlier this year that I had been considering but ultimately ended up not doing due to it being extremely expensive (artist residencies as well as getting into galleries and stuff is extremely expensive and I feel like there's an elitist part of the contemporary art industry we rarely talk about but that's a rant/conversation for another time)
If I could've afforded that residency, my focus would've been making field recordings of the arctic and record a new Arctic ❄° album (I have been sitting on an idea for a sequel album since I've worked on Snowpunk)
But yesterday I couldn't help but think about how the chilly weather of the Netherlands was already too much for me whereas my friend's only issue was the wind at times. Bruh I would probably dislike Svalbard on that end XD
Nevertheless, the Arctic ❄° sequel album will come out whether I'd go to an actual arctic or not, idk when because I'm sitting on a large backlog of ideas with the writer's block and poor discipline to actually work out those ideas. I'd still love to go to Svalbard at some point though, I'd prepare with proper clothes to keep me warm and would also plan it in the summer probably if that would help :3
