⚡️ Utthita Trikonasana ⚡️ Triangle Pose. Here's a throwback to our last Snow, Fitness and Yoga holiday. Stretching and strengthening those muscles after a wicked day on the mountain. I love this pose as it not only lengthens through the sides of the torso and stretches out the lower back, it mobilises the hips and STRENGTHENS the thighs (both front and back).
