More double-leg work.

Cleaned up my double-leg a lot today,

worked on countering the snap-down,

escaping front headlock some more,

and good technical finishes for double and single leg takedowns.

Also got some good time working on re-shooting in various scenarios from under the sprawl.

And our wrestling coach wasn't even there today.
