o then gomen i cant really help there since i didn't do the romance, i just watched my friend cry over it repeatedly and she's about as confused as you are as to why it was so underwhelming * ^ *

tbh i would say to wait until the end of the game because i know a lot of people felt this way?? and i dont want to spoil anything but it def explains what happens (i romanced dorian forever so i didn't experience it first hand but just finish & see)
