Hey, if you're feeling down because maybe you feel like you don't have your life together or maybe your life is a mess, let me take this moment to make you feel better about yourself. Our headboard is like a bookshelf thing. So we're laying down and I'm showing hubs something funny on my phone. Well I moved and apparently started a chain reaction: Moving my pillow grabbed my phone cord. Getting my phone cord free pulled on the baby monitor cord it always ends up tangled with. The baby monitor on top of the headboard above my head knocked down... an entire cup of ginger ale... on my head. Knocking down an entire cup of ginger ale on my head caused my husband to flail backwards to get away from it however he was tangled in the covers and nearly fell backwards off the bed. Knocking down an entire cup of ginger ale on my head also simultaneously caused pain from being hit in the head with cup and liquid filling up my ear. This caused inaudible cuss words as I was basically drowning and laughing at the cold, wet, and sticky situation I had just found myself in. This all happened in a matter of seconds. I then jumped up and yelled at hubs for laughing because he just sat there and didn't grab a towel or do anything help. Then we stripped the bed of all sheets and pillows. My hair that was still wet from my shower an hour ago had to be rewashed which is no small feat. I come back in the room and hubs hugs me. Me:"I didn't mean to... *snorts* it happened by snacksident." Hubs: *deep sighs clearly rethinking his life decisions* "I'm going to bed." Well there it is folks, this girl has her life together.. 🙄

When your new years resolution was to be a healthy, productive person and all the sudden it’s four days later and you’re still on tumblr, surrounded by snacks.
