The food I can't get (or can't get as easily or as good) back home. This is true both here in Texas and when I lived in Singapore.
As for what I miss, it's the forests, mountains, beaches, etc. I'm a Pacific Northwest boy and this North Texas prairie is not ticking the landscape boxes!
