Discover a new twist on a classic campfire treat! The crunch of Fudge Stripe cookies is combined with the gooey goodness of marshmallows and melted chocolate in these Fudge Stripe Cookie S'mores.

Ingredients: 12 Fudge Stripe cookies. 6 marshmallows. 3 chocolate bars milk or dark, your choice.

Instructions: Put six Fudge Stripe cookies on a clean surface with the bottoms facing up. Put one piece of each chocolate bar on each of the six cookies. Use a kitchen torch or an open flame to toast the marshmallows until they are golden brown and melty. Each cookie with chocolate on top should have one toasted marshmallow on top of it. To make sandwich cookies, press the last 6 Fudge Stripe cookies on top of the marshmallows so that the bottom side is facing down. Let the marshmallows' leftover heat melt the chocolate a little, making a gooey and tasty filling. It's best to serve the Fudge Stripe Cookie S'mores while they are still warm and gooey.

Ingredients: 1 cup butter, softened. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed. 2 tsp vanilla extract. 2 large eggs. 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour. 1 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp salt. 1 cup graham cracker crumbs. 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 cup mini marshmallows. 24 Hershey's Kisses, unwrapped.

Instructions: Warm the oven up to 375F 190C and put parchment paper on baking sheets. Mix the softened butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. One egg at a time, beat in until everything is well mixed. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. Add the semisweet chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs and mix them in. Place tablespoon-sized chunks of dough about 2 inches apart on the baking sheets that have been prepared. After the oven is hot, bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. As soon as you take the cookies out of the oven, press three to four mini marshmallows onto the top of each one. Put an unwrapped Hershey's Kiss in the middle of each group of marshmallows and press down gently. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way. Enjoy these tasty Hershey Kiss S'mores Cookies after they've cooled down!
