Find time in the morning to prepare a fruit smoothie to start your day awake and energized! It feels refreshing too. All you need are a bowl of frozen berries, a banana, and half a cup of water.
Of course the drink is up to your own creativity and the availability of ingredients. Go wild and try doing a different mix of fruits if you have the chance.
