THIS… It is as though @jodie.frye speaks to our hearts in her caption below and her lovely photos. THE reason for our magazine - grief & remembering to cling to God through it. He reveals and heals. Our story? The unbearable loss of three particular loved ones among many others along the way. One lost at 24 years old, the other two at 16 years old. My brother, a young father expecting a new baby, is lost before she is born. She never met him. She, my niece along with her very best friend since she was 3 years old, lost exactly the same way, 16 years later. All gone in an instant. All gone far too soon. Thousands attending funerals. Thousands of prayers felt, but an agony so deep it was hard to find a way out of the void of grief. It still is. Except… GOD. God led us to this place and gave us all the sunrises and sunsets since that have made His presence ever undeniable.
