HE’S JUST A REALLY GOOD FRIEND. i thought about splitting these into several points but?? like how shit gets real when someone hurts or offends his loved ones and he will take whomever did down a notch. also DON’T PUT YOURSELF DOWN a variation of this has happened with like each member??? and how they all say they go to him for life advice and shit. hahahaha /dies
this relates to the first one a bit but basically how important his family is to him!!! his original one, HE’S THE LOVING BIG BROTHER TO FOUR SISTERS, and HE’S THE ONE WHO CALLS HIS MOM THE MOST, and his future one, like he’s always thought about wanting kids??? (and just how much he loves kids in general.) and he never shuts up about wanting his grandchildren and such to be proud of him when he’s old??? AND of course the four losers that are his brothers now also……………………… gimme a sec i wanna cry
like he strikes me as pretty self-aware, what a boo. like. paraphrasing but. i’m sorry, i’m a big child. my audition was terrible. i’m really nervous about this match/concert/whatever. and sometimes it’s like to the point of self-consciousness. like how he doesn’t seem to have a high opinion of his singing (or at least didn’t before) aka 5% chance of getting through in the x factor, and how he imo turns it into a joke when he’s made to sing unexpectedly (like when co-hosting the radio with greg james and other examples i can’t now think of). BUT i also love how these things don’t stop him? he doesn’t become overly apologetic? he doesn’t stop being a big child to appease others. he’s scared of a match and becomes a fucking football player. he doesn’t think he’s got a shot at txf but auditions anyway (twice if i’m not mistaken). and i think that at the end of the day he doesn’t care if people say he doesn’t to deserve to be in the band, because he’s having the time of his life with his four best friends and knows he contributes to what one direction is. ALSO I DON’T KNOW WHERE ELSE TO PUT THIS but how liam and others thought louis was really quiet when they first met him?? which was ofc quickly dispelled but LIKE, he has these unobvious sides to him.
THE FACT THAT HE’S A LITTLE SHIT WITH GREAT POWER THAT EVERYONE LOVES. like, whenever i think, say, back to the x factor house times, i feel like everyone must have simultaneously love him and be annoyed by him? he’s that guy who will push the button if you tell him not to, so it’s like //LOUIS// but also ♥♥LOUIS♥♥ because his entire personality is magnetic and admirable because of it? that’s his charm. and like all of his bandmates clearly adore him OBV they all adore other but gosh you can see in their eyes how much they look up to and love him. he is pretty much the leader i think? which is the combination of this utter lacks of fucks to give AND AND knowing when it’s time to be serious. like how he’s in charge of organizational things etc, and it’s not the most expected thing from someone who’s so all over the place. AND ALSO THERE’S THE POWER, how everyone will do pretty much what louis says??? some *caugh*harry more than others.
