Sooo I gotta be honest and say I stopped following a lot of #somedia accounts a long time ago when I discovered how much the rest of the world was what I've always encountered. I don't have the energy for all the backstabbing, bickering, spam, scams, fake news, and sleezy propositions. So I cleaned up my profiles and decided to only follow quality, trustworthy humans. Easier said than done, you probably thought. Well you're right. I got a lot of hate. Lost a lot of followers and spend a lot of time in solitude, but I'm an introvert so it's all good when I'm forced to spend more time alone. 😁 For many of you the silence would be deafening. However you can still benefit from my experience. If you have too much crap in your newsfeed, are following friends who've unfollowed you to make themselves look more impressive, or in general are sick of the noise, it's time to clean house. I promise, if you do it now, you'll be thanking me later. If you need support during the process I'll be right here. I won't unfollow unless you do, or maybe if you stress my newsfeed. 1. Click like, share, and comment if you want to connect with others who actually care about their online environment. 2. Then follow everyone who engages and watch your online world change. 3. Don't get brand new and unfollow everyone when you get a bunch of new followers.
