So Much for Being Alone | Suho & Woohyun
Soho glanced crouched down, going through his duffle bag and checking off his mental checklist. He hated leaving his "apartment" without everything that he needed for a hunt. Nothing annoyed him more than to be caught unprepared. He zipped the bag closed, satisfied with it's contents and slung it over his shoulder along with his quiver, loaded full with arrows. He never needed more than a few arrows at a time, having never missed a shot for as long as he could remember, but again, he liked to be prepared.
He climbed out of the broken out window to the remains of a fire escape that he had fixed and climbed up to the roof of his building. There he looked down at the dark streets below, making sure no one was out and about and could see him. He was going outside the walls, something he did quite often but the Zone leaders had forbidden anyone to do. Not that he cared. He took what those so called "leaders" said with a grain of salt. And they knew better than to mess with him. But still, it was better to be careful then to have to deal with the routine reprimand to keep the other citizens in line. Frankly the whole business gave Suho a headache, but he played his part. He needed somewhere safe to stay and though it drove him crazy, playing by the rules, or at least making it seem like he was, was part of the deal.
He jumped to the next building and the next until he'd reached the outermost buildings next to the wall. There he climbed down, his feet hitting the dirt with a soft thud. He'd perfected his ability to move around without being heard over the years. He glanced around, double checking, triple checking. No one seemed to be around. He made a run for the wall, his hands and feet slipping into the grooved hand holds he'd carved into it long ago. Just as he was about to swing his leg over the top he heard a noise behind him and froze.
