🎨 A DAY THAT STARTS WITH ART 🎨 . IS SO MUCH BETTER than without it!! . I enjoy creating first thing in the morning, now more than ever. I love to get my hands dirty with some paint, relax and ground myself . It also gives me the feeling of having accomplished something, of having "filled my cup" and I feel far more ready to face the day, to dive into work or chores around the house or anything else that needs to be done . What helps you focus and ground yourself these days? Do you have a creative routine? Do you have the possibility to create more or less than under normal circumstances? .
