- You Are a Badass. Majorly good vibes, a great place to start with self help and positive living.
- Unfuck Yourself. When youโre getting better at self help but dealing with challenges and setbacks.
- The Bullet Journal Method. When you have ADHD or general poor time management skills and canโt remember shit and you only remember to write in a planner for 3 days before losing it.
Health and Fitness:
- Thinner Leaner Stronger. The only book about fitness that I think is worth buying as of yet; zero bullshit, all science and logic.
Psychology:
- Why Do I Do That? Psychological Defense Mechanism and the Hidden Ways They Shape Our Lives. When you start realizing some of your thought processes meant to make life easier are actually hindering your growth.
- The Sociopath Next Door. When youโre ready to stop being naive and understand that not all people are innately good.
Satirical humor:
- Nice Is Just a Place in France. Sort of a makeover vibe, sort of ridiculous entertaining satire about being a girl in the modern age.
- White Girl Problems. Much more of a hysteronic train wreck than anything else.
