One thing I am trying to incorporate more in my life is time to s l o w d o w n. I’m a bit of a workaholic and spend most of my days in my car driving than at home (if you’ve seen my IG stories, you’d know!). This upsets the homebody in me which is why when I come home, I love nothing but to hibernate and spend it tending to myself and my loved ones (after all, we owe it to the world to give the best possible versions of ourselves)! .
