posting this here cuz I'm gonna be honest, idk if I'll ever get around to finishing it and I think everyone should see my baby boy and the other guy/j

but anyways, I was thinking about what they'd look like, tho I can't guarantee I'd draw them. so-

papillon's dream: a saintly being, far too perfect and bright, with imagery borrowed from biblical angels. he dresses in long robes, as a saintly/pope sorta(???) type of collar, and sees things only how he believes they should be. he aims to 'fix' the multiverse all so his brother can live happily and safely. lives only for his brother's happiness, even if it isn't what he wants

smalls' dream: a hunter, cynical and exhausted. doesn't wear very bright colors and chooses practical over comfort. no capes, no ribbons, none of that nonsense; the harder it is to grab him, the better. he grossly misunderstands his duty, and will stop at nothing to eradicate the 'corruption' (smalls) that exists in the multiverse

mare's dream: perpetually tired and frazzled, in the way a rushed parent would be. he usually looks disheveled and dresses in a way that's reminiscent of his childhood attire. has spent the last 500 years trying to 'fix' mare, and heavily projects what he thinks his brother is like. he had broken mare's spirit in the process...

While Smalls is still getting used to the freedom of exploring himself and his surroundings, he's gains a deep fascination for the ocean and all the life in it! he loves fish! shrimp! isopods! coral! anemones! he'd sit on a beach for hours looking for seashells, he adores the sea

As for Grey, he doesn't have much in the way of hobbies besides maybe liking geology a little bit? he still got that nerd in him after all, and is more than happy to info dump at Smalls about any cool rock he finds or even comparing how different rocks can be across universes

As for romance...Grey isn't too keen on seeking it out. he's got a kid to take care of and doesn't really want to stress Smalls out by bringing in someone new (especially if the relationship doesn't stick). he's fine being single

Favorite foods? Smalls is partial to anything sweet, but he loves bread. fresh bread specifically, something about it being warm and soft brings him comfort. he won't eat bread if it's older than an hour. Grey, meanwhile, likes grease. Always has, always will, but most days he's taken to just rice and grilled meat if Smalls has decided he's had too many burgers!
