How much is your health worth? • Besides my scheduled workout I also joined in the fun with my girls 🎀 in my private group that are doing a plank challenge 👊🏼 • There are going to be days when your mind is all over the place and the last thing you want to do is workout. I’ve been having those days quite regularly lately but I know what has to get done and I know what will happen if I start making excuses as to why I can’t, it becomes a down hill spiral fast! • I was chatting with someone last night about the struggle and I suggested just start with five minutes a day and then six minutes a day and then maybe eight minutes a day. Treat it as your therapy, treat it as a priority just like brushing your teeth in the morning and combing your hair. • I’m not doing this to be some kind of fitness model or training for a competition.
