All clean and stacked after another tasty lunch. Practicing my small pot cooking. I'm not use to cooking a single serving meal. Today was steamed rice and broccoli with chicken. Still experimenting with the Oriental sauces but I still sneak in some #tonychacheres creole seasoning. This pot set is working out well for me. A #keithtitanium steamer, a #snowpeak 900 titanium pot set and two titanium bowls. Some would say ditch the bowls but they come in handy to prep and stage the ingredients. I like to cook and not just boil up a meal.
