Once more for Beer Day..... Punchy Pale Ale (Homebrew f. Huell Melon, El Dorado, Nelson Sauvin hops) I’m considering brewing a Pale Wheat using the Huell Melon hops sometime soon. Bitter with Magnum maybe. Def dry hop with the HM. I may try the same recipe twice more, switching out the HM for Nelson Sauvin and El Dorado as well. Very interested in getting to know these hops. Totally open to suggestions! [Keep in mind tho that I brew 1 gallon batches so I don’t exactly want to spend a lot of money on complicated recipes for just 1 gallon of beer at a time. I don’t even do yeast starters or use nutrient or spend money on anything extra for clarifying the beer (I do secondary ferms if I really feel it necessary).]
