thinking about Thirteen post 5.20 needing to talk to someone about Kutner's death but not wanting to do so with a counselor because they're a stranger, they didn't know Kutner and they don't know her, and she's kind of sick of seeing counselors at this point in her life. and House and Taub and Foreman are all shutting her out and dealing with it alone and forcing her to do the same. and she realizes that the person she wants to talk to about Kutner's death is Kutner and the conscious realization that she'll never talk to him again hits her like a truck
