I don’t know how I am down this week. I’ve been on my period for the first time in months. I’ve been tired and bloated and stuffing my face full of chocolate. Somehow I’m still down two pounds and while I’m not complaining, it just doesn’t seem deserved. I guess I haven’t been eating much this week either, so the calorie count must have made up for the high carb count? IDK
Today is usually gym day but with these cramps idk if I’m going to make it. I just want a cheese burger and a smoothie without having to get out of my chair. U_U I hate this struggle, every day, with wanting to change, trying to be better, while fighting cravings and emotional eating.
