I’m so glad that I’m addressing the root of my food/weight issues instead of trying to take a magic pill to fix it. Not to knock those who do, I know many of you do with great success and I’m happy for you! I’ve just tried and failed too many times with that type of solution to my problem and am happy that I have tons of energy, am clear headed, and am driven without the need of an external source. I AM THE SOURCE! And I LOVE the power and self control that it affords me. This journey has been long and arduous but I am finally beginning to catch a glimpse of the finish line and I mark 80.5 pounds lost today. And with the tools I’ve learned this past year they are gone FOREVER! Feels good to be in #ketosis and in control! #slayon
