I used to get passed between doctors for being a “problem patient” a lot, and one of the most common things that happened was that they’d not believe me when I told them I’d been practicing a coping method, get me to take a course in it anyway with the threat of kicking me out if I refused, then a llllong time later (minimum 6 months to a year) when I was in the same place (or worse than I was before) blame me for it, then pass me to someone else who started the whole process again??
