A/N: I'm sorry it's coming today and not yesterday as promised. And I don't know if I'll get the next part done until Thursday, so I'll apologize now, if it doesn't. Also, leave some feedback :)
Two weeks. You had been with the first order for two weeks now, and you were about to lose your shit again. Everyone was treating you nicely even though you were a slave. Even Kylo treated you with respect after you beat the crap out of a trooper that tried to 'have his way with you', because you were nothing but a 'stupid slave bitch', how he so nicely put it. Well you weren't one to say stuff like that to. And after that, and a speech from Kylo, everyone treated you with respect. Everyone, expect for General Ginger. He saw no point in it. And right now, you wanted to cut his throat and leave him drowning in his own blood.
He wanted you to clean his office. Which would've been no problem for you, if he didn't keep on bothering you about how you treated the leather wrong, or how you had to be more careful with the older things in the room.
"If you can do the cleaning so much better, do it yourself! I'm not your slave!", You had snapped at him.
He looked at you with a raised eyebrow. As if he was challenging you to say more. You knew that look way too well. It was usually the look you saw before you started insulting and getting yourself into more trouble.
"Last time I checked you were a slave. I brought you here myself after all. You should thank me", Hux said with a voice so full of himself that you almost cringed.
Eventually you laughed at him. "I said I'm not your slave. I may be one. But I'm not yours. And last time I checked you stole me from my fromer master and kidnapped me."
Those were the last word you said before you threw the cloth at him and left his office.
You were walking down the long hallways and muttered some insults under your breath and kept talking about how stupid all of this was. How stupid Hux was. And how much you wanted to kill him and escape this place. It was then that you suddenly saw black points dancing before your eyes and felt your hands and legs tingle. Before you could react everything went completely black and you felt yourself falling against the nearest wall. You weren't unconscious and after a few seconds the world had its colours back.
"Miss are you okay?", Some random woman asked you with worry thick in her voice.
"Yes. I guess I just lost my balance", you answered her quickly and stood up from where you had slipped down the wall.
The woman watched you with worry written all over her face. She knew you were lying.
"Just ask a droid for help if you feel unwell again, okay sweetheart?"
You nodded and continued to walk to your room. You had an idea why it had happened. Two weeks with the first order. Two weeks since they brought you here. Two full weeks in which you hadn't taken you meds. Your fromer master always made sure you'd take them. She even had you stop all of your work to take them. Said they were important for your health and that, in the worst case, you could die without them. You never figured out why though. You weren't sick or anything. You had been fine without them. But not taking them for two weeks was a big differences. Maybe you should talk to Kylo if you got the chance. He was on a mission to find a droid, which held plans for something. It's not like you cared anyway or that Kylo would tell you this kind of stuff.
Still being mad about the way Hux treated you, you made your way over to your closet. You needed a shower to cool down and decided for a new outfit. Most of the things inside were black or maybe gray. You picked a black t-shirt and black sweatpants. Even though there was not much colour in the closet you were obsessed with how fluffy and smooth the socks were. And you refused to wear shoes around the base, because it felt more comfortable without them.
Just as you were about to go into the bathroom, the door slid open and closed soon after someone stepped in. You didn't need to turn around to know that it was Kylo.
"Quick question. Do you guys even know the word colour? I've tried to find something in that closet that is not black, and guess what? I found something gray!", You said with sarcasm in your voice.
Kylo was silent for a long time after you had turned to look at him. Of course you snapped at him sometimes or made some comebacks, but you never sounded so rude to him. He must've sensed that something had upset you, because the air around the two of you shifted.
"What upset you?", The dark haired asked after he took of his mask to face you properly.
"Why would you think something upset me? It's not like General Ginger and these stupid stormtroopers destroyed half of my village and took me away from my home. Not only that I was treated like a piece of shit by almost everyone until a few days ago. No. General Gingerbread thinks he can do what he wants to me. In the three days that you were gone I cleaned his office 8 times! And 4 of them were today! So I don't see what there is to be upset about, do you?", You ended your tantrum with a raised eyebrow and questioning look on your face. As if you were waiting for a real answer.
Kylo opened his mouth to say something, but it seemed like he decided against it, because he closed his mouth soon after he opened it.
"See. I'm good. So now I'd like to enjoy my shower, before I actually rip out Hux' throat with my bare hands", you said and again made your way for the bathroom door.
You weren't even sure if you were really this upset about the treatment or if you were just moody because you were lacking your meds. Whatever it was, you didn't care for now, and definitely wouldn't after the shower, so you left Kylo in your room and finally went into your shower.
After you got out from under the shower, you changed in your new clothes and went back into your room. Kylo was still in it. If you didn't know better, you'd say he didn't move at all. But he did. He moved from the door to sit down on a chair near your bed.
"Why are you still here?", you asked out of curiosity. Honestly you were really confused about him still being there. Why did he care anyway?
"I wanted to talk to you, after you cooled down", Kylo said, after looking up at you and studying your outfit.
"Well there is nothing to talk about. And I don't see, why you pretend to care anyway." You were beyond pissed off. Why would he care? Hux took you away from your home and constantly pissed you off, that was it.
Kylo sighed and stood up. "Look, I'm not pretending to care. I really do care about your wellbeing, and if Hux is bothering you again, tell me, and I'll talk to him, okay?"
He stood in front of you now, and you were studying his face to see if you could find anything that would tell you, that he was lying. You couldn't find any sign not to trust his words, so you just noddded and looked at him in silence. You didn't know, why you believed him, but he didn't seem to be lying, so you just did. What would be the point in lying to you anyway?
"Don't you have things to do? Killing people? Finding that droid? Speaking of that, did you find it?", you asked and sat on the ground.
"Why are you always sitting or sleeping on the ground?", the dark haired asked, avoiding your question.
Rolling your eyes you looked up at him. "Well I like it. Now tell me, did you find that droid?"
"No. But we found a girl that has seen the map."
"And you think she'll give that kind of information to you?", you raised an eyebrow, challenging him.
"We have our methods. Now, will you tell me about your day?", Kylo sat down opposite of you, so you wouldn't have to look up at him the whole time.
"I cleaned Hux' office four times and after some time I gave up, threw the cloth at him and told him to do it himself."
There was nothing else to tell him. It was how your day had been. Okay, maybe you did eat something in between the cleaning, but still. Now you were debating with yourself if you should tell Kylo about the meds, or if you shouldn't. It was strange because things like you dropping to the floor without vision didn't usually happen when you didn't sleep your meds. Though you had never been two weeks without them. Maybe it was just the time and you needed to get used to living without the meds.
"What are you thinking about?", sounded Kylos voice, breaking the weird silence that had happened.
"Nothing you should concern yourself about." You stood up and looked at Kylo, wanting him to stand up as well. He understood and got up as well, never taking his eyes off of you.
"You should rest master. I'm fine on my own."
