Seven Deadly Sins: Greed - tabacosiis: vi - ( it's been a while =w= )
Greed: Money’s not an issue. My character is feeling a bit generous with their savings and decides to take your’s on a shopping spree.
It wasn’t like it was a lot. There really wasn’t a lot of anything these days. Money. Booze. Drugs. Girls. Makeup... None of that shit lasted for very long, it seemed. But somehow, after weeks and weeks of scrounging and living hand-to-mouth off of whatever scraps he could get into his stomach and selling shit off at way-to-high a price, Izzy managed to save a nice couple hundred dollars. Five hundred to be exact.
He didn’t really have many plans for the money. It was just supposed to be something nice. And so, when he found himself sitting on Miss Vienna Treskow’s doorstep, he found his hands shaking. Vi wasn’t exactly rich by any means, but it seemed that her and her boys had it pretty well off considering the way things were going for him and his own crew. At least they had their own apartment and a real roof over their heads instead of the leaky tin can he was housed in at a friend’s den. They were able to put food in the fridge if they so desired. They had running water... Running hot water. Which was something that Izzy was seriously missing as of late.
He scratched at his head, grimacing slightly at the dry straw-like feel to his hair. He needed to wash it, get the hairspray out. But he didn’t trust the shower enough at his friend’s and didn’t want to get caught bumming off the public showers at the pool.
He looked up when he heard the door open behind him, looking over his shoulder with wide eyes.
“Yeah, you can come in now.” Some guy told him, making him scramble to his feet and anxiously touch the wad of bills in his pocket. He had most of it in his boot, but a couple hundred had been tucked away into his pocket for easy access.
He stepped into the apartment and warily looked around. The place was kinda messy, he supposed, but it looked like the cleanest place on earth in comparison to the dump he was staying at.
Hesitantly, Izzy wandered through the place, poking his head in through a couple open doors to try and figure out where Vi’s bedroom was and he eventually found it. He knocked at the open door, head lowered a little as nerves got the best of him.
“Um. Hey...” He said, chastising himself at how dumb he sounded. This was nothing to be getting all high school about. He just wanted to take her out. Show off some shit. Treat her like royalty for a day before he had to go back to being that greasy slag that lived off the streets and what it provided. They weren’t dating. Not by a long shot. She deserved way better. “I was wondering if you were, uh, if you were busy.” He said, scratching his head again. “Or if you wanted to come chill around town with me, maybe?”
