Honestly, this man is surprisingly great about the whole situation. He’s got quite a few quirks himself, so who is he to judge.

Bubba's SO convincing him to sneak away from the house to go a concert or something with them
He’s so nervous, but he’s also not surprised
The twins have convinced him to sneak out many a time
The only difference is that it is his s.o., an “outsider” in his oldest brothers words, that is asking him to sneak out
None the less he agrees, the want to see the concert outweighing any fears he has
On the night they sneak out though, a shadowy figure stops them
It’s Chop Top, much to both of their relief
He gives it to them straight, or as straight as he can
Either they take him with them, or he tells Drayton
So the three go to the concert and have an absolute blast
Chop Top somehow swipes merch and a couple CD’s without being caught before they leave
When the three come back, a very grumpy Drayton awaits them
He chews s.o. out for corrupting Bubba, but, surprisingly it’s Chop Top who comes to their defense, taking the blame entirely
He later explains that he can’t have Bubba’s S.o. getting in trouble after they so graciously allowed him to tag along for such a “radical” event
Bubba grins from ear to ear as he pulls both his brother and his s.o. in for a hug

So Daniel has a respect for Elliot in his work. This is because despite how gruesome his work is, Daniel views Elliots work as beauty, which it is when you look at it on a deeper level. The same goes to Elliot towards Daniel. Both men have a deep appreciation for each other’s passion for their work and “art”. They are often found having deep philosophical discussions on a variety of subjects. Overall, they get along fairly well
