anon you might have an underactive thyroid, pcos, or other health issues preventing you from losing weight as easily as most people (i have pcos and am getting checked for thyroid issues soon) so i’d ask your doctor about it!
yeah man I was gonna suggest an underactive thyroid as well! if nothing’s budging when you’re putting several hours of exercise in a week as well, something’s wrong. I thought I had it until I shaved all this weight off
