Hellooo too everyone who is reading this, this is my first time ever making a blog AND my first time attempting to write a fic. Basically, I will be writing Ninjago x reader fics IF people request them, maybe every once in a while, I'll write one voluntarily, but I'm not certain. Oh, and I will customize my blog sooner or later to make it look more appealing, but I am airballing the design so far bc I have no clue how ppl make theirs look so cool. Anywayss, my rules are no smut, and I won't write for ppls ocs. I may change the smut rule in the future, but as its my first time writing fics, I'm just going to keep it simple. I'll write an official rules page, but ngl I don't have much for rules to say YET. What I WILL DO is write fics, drabbles, and headcanons. As for characters, I'm fine with any character, just so long as its paired with an xreader request (for example "can i have a morro x reader fic") Warning though: I consider myself a good writer, like my vocabulary is pretty good because I read books and fics a lot, but I have never written fics ever before, so I might be a tad bit bad, so please do not jump me if my first few fics, drabbles, or headcanons r mid😔✌️ Also, I do plan on posting maybe my LEGO sets and stuff about my fixations, maybe? I just got a few LEGO sets, and I'm currently building the old town set, so I shall see lol!

PROLOUGE

All you see is darkness.

As you lied on the cold, dark stone; you could feel something warm and wet pooling underneath your head. It stuck to your skin, the thick tang of iron filling your nostrils.

Yet, in your pain, you could still hear and feel. You remembered. You remembered hands pulling and grasping, holding you against the ground, assuming you were too weak to resist. You remembered their snide remarks, filth flowing from their tongues as they mocked everything you were. You heard their screams as your mana spread through their flesh and bone, expanding and fluctuating until their organs unraveled.

You wanted to go home.

You wanted to be among the dried herbs and flowers of the potion shops. You wanted to be in your room, practicing different runes and miscellaneous spells while the covens slumbered and the will-o-wisps bathed in the moonlight.

You wanted to be anywhere but here. Anywhere but stuck in exhaustion and covered the blood of the wretched in an unknown land, in which lingered the suffering of your ancestors.

And so, as your body and mind succumbed to the exhaustion, you prayed. To the ancestors, to the moon and sun, to anyone, anything out there that would listen.

'Someone... please. Bring me home.'

By the time you were found, the memories would be carved into your skin, forever sitting there like a ghost, ready to torment you at a moments notice. 

With what others might deem comforting, you found only the cold, wretched grasp of those memories. You truly never meant to pull yourself away from the world - but in your turmoil, it was what you deemed necessary to protect yourself.

With their training coming to an end soon, the ninja were ready to face whatever came their way head on. But despite their months spent in the monastery walls high upon the mountain, they still had one question that always went unanswered. What exactly was hiding behind the fourth door in the northwest monastery hallway?

This story follows the plot of the shows, all the characters are still ninja/elemental masters. Just thought I would clarify in case the tags were confusing you.
