Birthday Present for @selemina of Recruit Manda and Joe ‘Hightower’ Mitchell living their married life off in the countryside. The noodles have been living with hybrids and humans alike in a small community, helping with sending food and goods supply lines into the reclaimed cities. Joe’s efforts are focused on managing his parent’s extended livestock farm while Manda tries her hand at diffusing interracial tensions and managing the town. Meanwhile, Cattower enjoys his days blissfully lazing in the sun. It’s certainly a change of pace from their duties aboard the Avenger, still trying to start a family of their own in the midst of doing their part in a rebuilding world.
