Making my way down(town). As my season here in South America draws to a close I'm forced to reflect on a season of perhaps sub optimal conditions but while it's the snow that adds to the experience it's once again, as it is with each sport I do, it's the people you do it with and the people that you meet along the way that truly defines the experience. Day 9: The allusive weather gods finally decided to let up and share the goods with us as we spent the day lapping blue-bird powder in one of the best days of skiing I can recall in recent memory. Day 3: As we journey up though the forest in search of fresh snow and fun lines the realization that are hopes are not always truths. It is not always the decent or the accent that brings us gratification, but the entire process. We must reflect back on the good times and adventures we have with the people we care about that really leaves the lasting impression.
