PSA: Friendships etc
Friendships are not counted in the "every interaction is set in it's own verse" rule that multi-ship and verse blogs have for me. Philip is Daelan's best friend in every damn universe that you can bet.
Why that?
Easy, long lasting plot and relationships are hard to keep interesting if only two people are always interacting. With romance one can throw in a lot of heartdrama and stuff.. but with friendship? Not so much.. a few adventures.. and then a lot of talking. But if the characters have no new experiences, don't meet new people.. there will be nothing to talk about anymore, a friendship like that gets boring and breaks apart. That's why most shows/books/movies that have friendship in the center have other characters in it too, so there is conflict and growth etc.
So yeah... PLUS I'd love more threads with more than one person, shared universes.. Parties for banter and adventures and going out for drinking... friendships and stuff develop that way much more natural that forcing oneself to forever talk to a stranger without any real goal orz
