This spicy and tasty burger will make you feel like Wolverine. When you mix hot jalapeos, salty bacon, and sour barbecue sauce, your taste buds will go crazy!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup sliced red onions. 1/2 cup sliced jalapeos. 4 slices of crispy bacon. 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Lettuce and tomato for garnish. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle to medium-high heat. Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and form them into burger patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. In the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty to melt. While the burgers are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill until they are lightly browned. Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf and tomato slice on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a burger patty and a slice of crispy bacon. In a small saucepan, heat the barbecue sauce until it's warm. Drizzle the warm barbecue sauce over the bacon-topped burger patties. Add sliced red onions and jalapeos on top of the barbecue sauce. Finish assembling the burgers by placing the top half of the toasted bun on top of the onions and jalapeos. Serve the Wolverine Claws Burger with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
