You know when you are laying in the dark and your brain does that think where if says if u open your eyes it'll be a scary monster?

My brain did that but instead was like "when you wipe the water out of your eyes there'll be a spider at eye level" and all i could think of was an insect folk or pixie sitting there watching you take a mental health bath just hoping you'll be ok.
