Hey y'all! This is second in a series of a few extra sixsona posts that @lightleckrereins and I are doing this week. The first post is here, showing the real-life vinyl inspirations we used!

This time around, I'm doing yet another hypothetical: what makeup would be used for each sixsona design!! My list of makeup recommendations for Six cosplayers is probably the post I'm second-most proud of (after sixsonas ofc). When I was initially working on that I kept seeing makeup that would be perfect for some of our sixsona designs, so because I have absolutely zero chill of course I had to figure out the full makeup plots for each.

The basic rules were - one glitter - one eyeshadow palette - and two additional products to fill in any gaps, as needed (this included fun stuff like an extra glitter or liquid liner, but also practical things like additional eyeshadow shades when needed or a liquid base for more sheer colors)

All this conversation about what costumes would be left, if they needed to make another alternate costume, or for sixsonas...

the only thing I imagine for myself as a Six-sona is like. Some sort of hybrid of Boleyn and K-howard’s costumes. Something cool with my hair even though its short.

A couple recent ones:

Of course Wesley Carpenter is now the sole universal alt in the US, but when she first joined there was a three month overlap period of both her and Cassie as universals. We already had black alt as the universal alt costume/aka Cassie's, and Wesley took up a sixth alt slot in either cast she'd cover, so we assigned her my S/P design.

Over on the West End, we gave Danielle Rose @lightleckrereins' peach S/H design. While there were a few options for her as B/S/H alt (the peach, my coral B/H, Sofia's green B/S), S/H felt like it would be both the most flattering on her and the most realistic Six assignment, and I think both of us were quite excited to use it!

Hana Stewart was the hard one. We wanted to figure out a sixsona that was both flattering on her and versatile enough to work as a swing costume (with some priority given to the roles she was more likely to cover), but it was hard to figure out one that would work well in both aspects. @lightleckrereins eventually suggested her amber design, and despite being intended as an S/C alt design we felt like it worked quite well!
