It doesn't take much to enjoy a good life. While I was in #porto🇵🇹 last month, I made a point to walk across the Ponte Luis bridge, take the sky tram down to the street and walk up the steep, narrow, winding road to the beautiful port caves at @grahams_port for a tour and tasting. My favorite was the #sixgrapes reserve port. This is Graham's Reserve Port that has won 7 gold medals and 2 trophies. After reading some medical articles on diseases and conditions I have I have found that currently because there's no pain medication for JRA only treatment to reduce water retention, supplements for those depleted during harsh treatment and the pathetic one called Aleve sorry but this does nothing for joint pain especially when you have knees drained from fluid it's so painful. But I have discovered doctors say it's ok to loosen up and have a glass or two if needed to reduce pain. OMG I can have wine again? I guess 🖕🏼 the conflict with the other 17 non JRA pills because this woman's been drinking everyday for almost 4 weeks and loves it. Thank you so much to medical research because this is my treatment and another reason I can't drive, or be cognitive or work.
