Hero said "I love you" first. (Probably when they were dying, but if you dont count that, then when they came back to life on the beach partner basically screamed it)
Partner would have Hero's picture as their phone background.

Partner buys hero cheesy gifts.
(Honestly I dont know who kissed who first, maybe partner?.. it depends when it happened.)
Hero kisses partner in the morning.
It depends on the mood, partner probably does it for fun, but hero is a tad bit more vengeful about it.
