In the last 48 hours, much has been said and written about the SD made by Azilah in which he implicated Najib Razak in the murder of Altantuya. I have had my say on this matter this morning "Azilahâs SD is riddled with holes, full of untruths and is not worth the paper it is [...] The post Altantuya : Najib, Rosmah, and Razak Baginda are not involved in the murder of Altantuya.  appeared first on STEADYAKU47 | OFFICIAL BLOG.

âMenjadi kuasa mutlak Raja memberikan pengampunan atas nama belas ihsan selepas mendapat nasihat lembaga,â kata Talib dipetik TMI.

Sirul's mother disappointed her son's contribution as police officer forgotten
KUALA LUMPUR, March 6, 2015:
The mother of convicted murderer Sirul Azhar Umar expressed her disappointment over the authoritiesâ disregard of her sonâs years of contribution to the police force.
Piah Samad, 74, told PAS mouthpiece Harakahdaily that despite the services her son had provided to the country in the course of his service, none of the countryâs leaders had attempted to visit her or Sirul.
âHe worked (as a police officer) for a really long time, but with this case and the way Sirul had been treated really surprised and upset me,â said Piah, who was referring to the murder of Mongolian translator Altantuya Shaariibuu, for which Sirul and another police commando, Chief Inspector Azilah Hadri, were sentenced to death.
Piah is currently in Australia with PAS Member of Parliament Datuk Mahfuz Omar for a âC4 Missionâ initially aimed at eliciting an expose from Sirul, but failure to do so has changed the missionâs cause to one that involved providing some quality time for Sirul and his mother.
The mouthpiece also reported Piah as standing firm in the belief that her son was innocent, based on an assurance provided by Sirul himself.
âIâve asked him myself and he said he did not do anything. He was a policeman who knew his responsibilities and he is also a really good son. He was always helping the villagers back home.â
Piah added that she believed Sirul would be much safer in the country, dubbed as the Land Down Under, than he would be here and hoped that the Australian government would guarantee Sirulâs long-term security.
Sirul was reported to have claimed that he was acting under orders to kill Altantuya. According to a report by MalaysiaKini, several Australian news agencies had approached him for a tell-all interview, but he has yet to accept any such offer.
The Federal Court in January sentenced both Sirul and Azilah to death for the Mongolianâs murder.
Sirul was absent during the sentencing and was later found to have fled to Australia where he is now in the custody of the immigration authorities.

Sirul is a good boy... his job was to look after ministers, says mum
KUALA LUMPUR March 3, 2015:
The 74-year-old mother of convicted murderer Corporal Sirul Azhar Umar, who arrived in Australia to see her son, will be able to deliver one of his favourite dishes âsambal ikan bilisâ (anchovies sambal) to him upon permission from the Australian authorities.
According to the report by PASâ mouthpiece HarakahDaily, Piah Samad arrived at the Sydney International Airport at 11.30am (local time), yesterday, amidst receiving huge media attention from the Australian and international media.
Bringing two of her sonâs favourite dishes including ârendang limpaâ (spleen rendang), Piah was all smiles despite the huge media spotlight, having earlier expressed hope that the Australian authorities continue to provide the best protection for Sirul.
However, she had to accept the Australian authorities decision when its Customs department did not allow the rendang limpa to be brought beyond the airport.
âItâs okay, I could not take it out, Sirul really loves his rendang limpa. We will cook another one, (I am glad) we can give the sambal ikan bilis to him,â she was quoted as saying by a member of the âSee For (C4) Yourselfâ entourage via WhatsApp to HarakahDaily.
It is learnt that the entourage including Piah had taken rest at a service apartment near the Sydneyâs city center, following jet lag before they attempt to visit Sirul.
However, Piah remained in good spirits and even cooked fish head curry as lunch for the entourage.
âSirul is a good boy, his job is to take care of the ministers. (For that) he goes to all places. He did not tell me anything until he was arrested.
âJust that prior to his arrest, he had returned to his kampung and visited his relatives,â she said during lunchtime.
PAS information chief Datuk Mahfuz Omar is leading what he calls a âhumanitarian missionâ to Australia, which included Sirul sister Noriatin Umar and a lawyer.
The group of seven departed from the KL International Airport (KLIA) on Sunday bound for Sydney to visit Sirul who currently being detained at the Villawood detention center. They will return on March 7.
Sirul was said to have left Malaysia for Australia prior to the Federal Court finding him and former Chief Inspector Azilah Hadri guilty of murdering Mongolian model Altantuya Shaariibuu.
The guilty verdict then led to an arrest warrant being issued for Sirul Azhar.

'Pictures outside Sydney detention centre will serve as proof I met Sirul'
SEPANG, March 1, 2015:
PAS information chief Datuk Mahfuz Omar is leading what he calls a âhumanitarian missionâ to Australia, which includes Piah Samat, the mother of convicted murderer Corporal Sirul Azhar Umar.
The group of seven departs KL International Airport (KLIA) tonight bound for Sydney. They will return on March 7.
âThis is a humanitarian mission to allow Sirulâs mother to see him because she is missing her son,â said Mahfuz when met at KLIA tonight.
âI hope our visit is not seen as a threat to others,â he said, reiterating that it was only a humanitarian mission.
Expressing concern, Mahfuz said he hoped they would not be prevented from leaving the country although there had been no reports that the group would not be allowed to leave.
Mahfuz had made public his intention to travel to Australia to see Sirul Azhar for quite some time now.
He had also attempted a teleconferencing call earlier this week.
The call, allegedly made to Sirul Azhar in front of reporters at the PAS headquarters, failed. The call went to voicemail despite several attempts.
It was later reported that Sirul Azhar finally got back to Mahfuz, saying he had nothing to say for the moment.
At the press conference at KLIA tonight, Mahfuz pointed out that people must understand the feelings of a mother who was missing her son.
The Pokok Sena Member of Parliament said Piah, 72, would be able to confirm that he had been talking to Sirul Azhar all this while.
On his attempt to meet Sirul Azhar, who is reportedly being detained in Australia, Mahfuz said they were told that they would not be allowed to bring cameras or handphones into the detention centre.
On proof that he had met Sirul Azhar, Mahfuz said they would be taking pictures outside the centre.
âHe asked nothing from me, nor me from him. The only thing he wanted was a pair of jogging shoes that I am taking with me,â said Mahfuz, who is calling his mission âSee For Yourselfâ.
Also departing in the group are Sirulâs sister Noriatin Umar and a lawyer.
Sirul Azhar was said to have left Malaysia for Australia prior to the Federal Court finding him and former Chief Inspector Azilah Hadri guilty of murdering Mongolian model Altantuya Shaariibuu.
The guilty verdict then led to an arrest warrant being issued for Sirul Azhar.

PAS wants to gain political mileage through Sirul, says analysts
KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 24, 2015:
PASâ attempts to get police commando Sirul Azhar Umar to speak up from Australia is merely to gain political mileage.
According to Wan Saiful Wan Jan, the chief executive of the Institute for Democracy and Economic Affairs, PAS was trying to capitalise on issues expected to be raised by Sirul.
âAnybody who is trying to oppose Barisan Nasional and Umno will always push for someone like Sirul to speak up.â
He pointed out that PAS was trying to capitalise on the issue.
He added that it was wrong for Sirul to run away from his sentence and that he should have taken responsibility for his actions.
âIt is important to remember that there are many political issues related to the case and itâs not as straight forward as seen.â
Sirul, who was convicted of killing Mongolian model Altantuya Shaariibuu, escaped to Australia before his sentence was announced and is now being held at the Villawood Immigration detention centre in Sydney.
Geostrategist Prof Dr Azmi Hassan, at the Institute of GeoSpatial and Perdana School, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, said he was surprised that PAS had got involved in this.
He pointed out that all this while, the party had stayed away from the issue.
He was of the view that political mileage was the main reason behind PASâ involvement, no matter what they claimed.
âSirul said higher-ups had given him the orders. There are always political points to be gained from this issue.â
Azmi said PAS would continue to use the issue as long as the party could gain mileage from it.
Earlier today, the Islamist partyâs information chief Datuk Mahfuz Omar contacted Sirul for a scheduled teleconference, but Sirul said he would not issue any statement today and that he would only do so at a more appropriate time.
Mahfuz said he was contacting the former cop to ascertain the real motive behind the murder of Mongolian Altantuya Sharibuu in October 2006.
The Pokok Sena Member of Parliament also said he would travel to Australia next week to see Sirul.
