The day after. I got up for a sunrise while we stayed at the Cape. After a brief heart attack when my nieces dog scared the living hell out of me at 3:45 am I went out in the pouring rain to see what I could find. Eventually I drove back to Gray’s beach because we had a breakfast reservation at the Celtic Kitchen for 9. So why not. I knew it wouldn’t be much but I figured an artistic expression in post would be cool. It turns out the wet and dryness of the boardwalk made all the names show up well. French Bulldogs. I won’t get to crazy into dog breeds in this post. Like Cameras everyone likes what they like. So arguing that would be useless. When I was a young kid I met a French Bulldog named Tom. Well from the day I met him I knew someday I wanted a Frenchie. Well I’ve had a few other dogs in my life, when I got Bubba and Yoda (Boston Terriers) I wasn’t ready financially to purchase a Frenchie. So I ended up with two amazing dogs and fell in love with BT’s. That will never change. Then came a puppy named Simon. My first Frenchie. Everything about his so far I love. (And so does everyone who meets him). He’s adorable with his little nose and big bat ears. His little eyes draw you in. I often sit wondering what he’s thinking. Frenchie’s in general are loving, snuggle buddies. They live being with someone all the time. They love to play and run and chew sticks and pretty much anything else. They grown into a short husky dog that are masculine and friendly. They can be very stubborn yet listen pretty well too. There’s no simple way for me to say I live this breed and more importantly Simon. The joy he’s Brough to our home is amazing. If when searching for your next dog consider the French Bulldog.
