This patient had a failing bridge. He complained of chronic sinusitis. The bridge was sectioned. A sinus lift as well as guided bone regeneration (GBR)was performed in the extraction site. The sinus was raised 14 mm. When the patient returned, he stated his sinusitis was gone and he could smell his jasmine in his garden. He was so appreciative that he brought some jasmine to the office.
