She really went above and beyond just to evolve her pseudo legend that not only evolves at the high level of 50, but has to be under rain for it to evolve, imagine her getting so sick after training rigorously w Sligoo just so it'll evolve into Goodra, and still she believes it's worth it

Let's not forget the fossils too, she has to evolve Amaura at night for it to evolve to Aurorus, imagine young trainer Diantha skipping her sleep just so they can grind up and evolve one of her dinos. And then there's Tyrantrum, that mfer probs bit Dia more than Ash got bitten by his own Gible, and she has to fight and train it to stop biting her and actually use Bite on command during battle

Gourgeist too, y'know how in it's dex entries souls could be heard from it and such, imagine Dia just hearing those too and being so used to it that whenever smth spooky happens she just goes "oh, must be the souls, I should check on Gourgeist" and Lance just looks at her all "excuse me, the WHAT?!"
