My answers:
1. What is your favorite Harry Potter book?
The Order of the Fenix, I love when politics is incorporated into literature. I found the references to the Ku Kux Klan through the Death Eaters a brilliant idea, the racial struggle represented through your blood linage, the rebellion against the government a.k.a. Umbridge and overall every political and history lesson given through that book amazing.
2. What two books would you take with you on a long vacation?
I always take something different. If I had to go on a trip next week I'd probably take the latest Bloodlines book and PLEASE GIMMIE THE LAST MARA DYER BOOK!!
3. What is your favorite series?
Hmm that's a difficult question. Right this second, I'd had to answer Christopher Paolini's Inheritance Cycle or Cassie's Clare's Shadowhunters universe or gahhh this is too difficult! WHY MAKE ME CHOOSE BETWEEN MY BABIES?!
4. If you could make one creature from a book real, which creature would it be?
EASY GIMMIE A DRAGON LIKE SAPHIRA FROM THE INHERITANCE CYCLE! (or a daemon from His Dark Materials if I can't have a dragon)
5. If you could meet one author, living or dead, who would you meet?
George Orwell, no doubt there.
6. What is the weirdest book you’ve ever read?
I've been thinking about this for a while and I think I'll have to go with the Tunnels Saga. The premise is interesting, the covers are beautiful but is just soooo dense. (it's more annoying than weird tbh. Wait wait wait Rosaura a las Diez! That book was not only weird but extremely boring, I've still not forgiven my 9th grade teacher for making me read that.
7. Do you read fanfiction for books?
I've read Twilight ff because I really didn't like the canon universe, and wanted to read something were Bella stopped being so passive and actually called Edward on his shit. I've also read ff for the Percy Jackson Saga (not my brightest idea, but the waiting for book 6 was driving me crazy) and Vampire Academy too.
8. Who is your favorite fictional couple? (just to get you ready for the Valentine’s Day celebrations next week…)
Growing up it was Anaid Tsinoulis (I identified a lot with her on my teens) but now it's definitely Damon Salvatore (I not only see a lot of myself in him but he is hot as hell and a much better person than I'll ever be. I strive to be like him -except for all the killing). Wait, but I love damon for the TV show, not the book. If only book wise, Percy Jackson (I love the dork so much) or Adrian Ivashkov.
9. Do you have any signed books? Which ones?
YESSSSSSSS I have City of Fallen Angels, City of Lost Souls and Clockwork Princess by Cassie Clare, 3 my Rick Riordan (they are the beautiful limited editions of The Heroes of Olympus) (I ordered these 6 from B&N)
10. What book do you most want to see turned into a movie or TV show?
If they promised to do it justice, I'd love to see Hush Hush turned into movies.
