I found Fallmann's Der Rand der Welt a great overview of the Greeks' changing views on the edge of the world in myth/philosophy/geography/anthropology/etc. Really thorough with the material and what epistemological significance was given to quite literally the end of it all in spatial terms
fiction: Kate Beaton's graphic novel Ducks. Really raw autobiographical work on individual labour in the Canadian oil industry.

ummm none this year but last year my friends gifted me the waking of Agantyr and spinning silver and those have pretty dope covers!

SOBS. no wait not thinking about thesis editing but afterwards. i'm teaching iliad 3 and hom. hymn. aphr. in next semester's epic course yaayyyyy. i also really want to finish my reread of Till we have faces and read Shelley Duvak's The Dark Queens. and dante and war&peace but we'll see what i can manage
