“And THEN, of course, another goddamn storm trooper had to- Hux are you listening?”

The general quickly looked back up at Kylo, eyes widening. “Yes, obviously.” He bit his lip and attempted to straighten up to appear more attentive, but was finding that particularly hard with his legs feeling glued together.

“You seem a bit fidgety.” Kylo muttered tilting head. “I guess I’ll just have to continue.”

Hux couldn’t help himself and let out a tiny whimper at the idea of being here any longer.

“What was that, General?” Ren asked, stepping a bit closer so the two were only about a foot apart.

Hux took a deep breath. “Nothing.”

Kylo didn’t reply. He simply looked at Hux for a long moment, and let his gaze travel his whole body, noting the fingers tapping against his side, legs straight together, a slowly reddening face…

“I don’t think that was nothing, General.”

Hux enters the room they share to find Kylo meditating.  He doesn’t interrupt- he’d never admit it, but he rather enjoys watching him like this, peaceful and calm for once.  Sometimes just entering the room is enough to disturb him, but Kylo must be in deep this time because he hasn’t even registered his presence. Hux watches him for a bit, admiring him, and realizes he *really* must be in it deep, as a pool of piss starts spreading out beneath him.

After the fight with Rey, Kylo is weak, and Hux ends up taking care of him.  As soon as he’s able, Kylo is up and about; he’s still weakened, but he stubbornly refuses proper rest and keeps overestimating his strength.  Hux finds him one day, halfway down the hall, leaning against the wall because he can’t finish walking to the bathroom.  His legs are shaking not only from desperately trying not to pee, but trying to remain standing.  Kylo is angry and embarrassed by his weakness, and Hux is ticked off because he won’t listen and let himself recover like he should.
