Everyday in the dating the world the question is asked… “so what kind of girl/guy you like?” Most people give the description of what they consider to be the Ideal Man or Woman for them. 

Whether it is that he should be a certain height or ethnicity. It all boils down to the fact that Appearances is a huge part of dating. As mentioned before Approach and Appearance goes hand in hand. How you appear affects how someone approaches you.

But are we right in looking at appearances? What if the perfect guy/gal for you doesn’t look so perfect but is exactly what you need to create a balance in your life.  

It is considered natural for us to be looking for some physical attributes to decide who we should mate with and reproduce with. Its biological, other animals do it too. Hippos normally go after whoever is fattest. Male Peacocks show off their features in the hopes of getting the girl. Its normally for us to want to put out the best we can in order to get what we want.

But be careful out there because all that glitters is not gold and some of us are only keeping up appearances.
