i think ill try to do happy lists again because lately ive been kinda sad

why must the dream daddy game debate be so black and white like is it unreasonnable and selfish to be sending threats and hate to game devs because they delayed their game?? yes do you guys have to lick their asses and praise them to no end for delaying said game, 2 hours after the day of the release was over, with like, 6 to 8 hours between the updates??? no is it possible, perhaps, maybe, to be allowed to be disappointed and give constructive criticism, (like for example, this whole communication thing was a mess - saying the game will be out like 4 times in the day, post links to streams to people playing the game and not mention those are like “beta” versions so people wont think you’re just playing the game instead of releasing it, then FINALLY going like ‘nah sorry’ way later, when it’s past midnight, was, imo, the Worst Move I Have Ever Seen and i personally would suggest Not to do that if you dont wanna piss people off lmao), without being immediately labeled as a whiny, selfish kid who has no reason to complain, all the while also acknowledging that yes, the devs WERE allowed to delay that game, just that they should’ve handled it better???? can’t believe that me, a whole bpd, is gonna ask that but, can we as individuals have m o r e than one stance about something, holy shit yes, other companies have delayed their games in the past no, i doubt they told you they were delaying it like, over 12 hours into the release day, while you were waiting in line to get it, correct me if im wrong yes, losing your shit over a video game isn’t cool no, it doesn’t mean that being upset in this situation can’t be justified and finally, yes they had every right to delay that game and it’s okay they did, but also yes, it was awfully handled. like if you guys don’t like to say it was “unprofessional”, let’s just say it was a ridiculous situation that could’ve been avoided with just like. a proper explanation. that fucking shitfest was created because communication was not done properly, which is, actually, the reason most shitfests are created,
