                          ‘    you  know  why  i’m  here.    ‘      it’s  not  a  question.   the  air  hangs  ravenous  before  him ,  threatening  to destroy ,  demolish ,  CONSUME.  he   cages   the   feeling   close  within   POISONOUS   lungs ,  an  intimate  guest  he  refuses  to  let  slip  too  fast ,  lest  the  other  be  aware  of  what  fractured  nerves  had  dared  surface.   COMPOSURE.   it  was  vital ,  held  that  sly  grin  fixed  in  place  like  the  edge  of  a  blade  against  fluttering  PULSE.  sinbad  was  his  victory ,  or  no  one’s ,  and  he  wanted  a  MAGNIFICENT  fall  for  the  king ––   DOWN  in   violent   disarray  like  babylon  –––  wanted  the  crown  to  splinter  with  the  force  of  it  and  be  forged  anew.  but  the  man  never  UNDERSTOOD !!   for  one  who was   so  often  hailed  as  the  owner  of  a  brow  anointed  by  FATE ,  he  had  chosen  the  wrong  one ,  and  it  kept  him  coming  back ,   reworking  of  the  same  words  BLOODIER  on  his  lips  as  time  wore  on ––  ‘    my  OFFER  still  stands  !!   ‘
