Opposites Apartment Duplex || Sims 4 Build
🐼 Opposite style duplex. The first apartment is the original kinda old, and the other is newly renovated and modern. I imagined that 2 siblings live in the old apartment, Seline and her baby brother Basil. Seline only has the welfare of her baby bro in mind, giving her time and attention only to work and Basil. However, it seems the new neighbor, Aron, is crushing on Seline and will be vying for her attention as well! lol, I don’t know, I’m not a good storyteller, I’m sorry! But, the blue apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom upstairs, and washroom downstairs. Since the family is a young adult and a kid, I thought I’d make the house a bit brighter and colorful. As for the modern apartment, since I built it for a guy, I thought I’d go for darker colors. it also has a washroom downstairs, and a bathroom upstairs, however, it only has 1 bedroom with a balcony, and a study but it is big enough to be converted into another room. Idk, I’m not good with houses, especially modern and masculine houses. This has been playtested, although it’s not really cluttered. The backyard… is non-existent… Both houses only have decks, but I added a trellis(?) on the old house, just to kinda close it since there’s a balcony on the other side. This is playtested and already in the Gallery!
