Fitness Goals
My fitness goals have changed slightly. My original goal was to maintain a weight between 135 and 140 (I’m currently 145 pounds). My goal has changed to maintain a weight between 140 and 145. I’m 5’6 and prefer my current weight. I don’t want to lose any more weight nor gain any more weight. I am just focusing on toning my body and eating clean. I do want to get my waist down to 24.5” (I’m currently 26”). I also want to get rid of my belly fat and lift and tone my butt.
