Getting in the Earth Day spirit (albeit the end of the day), I wanted to share some recycled/Earth friendly products! I know you have probably had your fill of them today, but I promise – these weren’t in any posts I saw today! I included links to the products in the bottom of this post.

Greenbone Waste Bags  - Recycling old grocery bags makes you feel good, but did you know they aren't biodegradable? True story. I dig these Green Bone bio-degradable bags made of cornstarch which is a renewable resource. They also decompose quickly – what’s not to like?!  

Gulpy– Love the Gulpy! We originally got one in our very first Bark Box and have since bought more. You can find them at TJ Maxx every once in a while – when you do, grab one!

Simply Fido – No need to pick just one –this whole brand is fantastic. With LB’s tendency to lick toys until they are to her standard of wetness, these organic toys make me more worried about her strange habit and less worried about what she is putting into her body.  According to the Simply Fido site, “Going organic helps to keep chemicals out of the air, water, soil, and most importantly - our bodies.”

Wally’s Moo Chew – This is something we haven’t tried yet, but love the concept. According to their Etsy page: “Moochews are dog tug toys made from recycled rubber milking tubes (from a cow milking machine, pictured above). After the milking tubes are washed and sanitized, Moochews are still left with a bovine smell that dogs simply can't get enough of. Each toy is 12 inches long and has a handle on the end for a comfortable grip during playtime.” It sounds like LB’s dream come true. Hoping to try this one soon!
