meet simpletrack: a daily journal focused on tracking your everyday habits to aid in your mental health journey.
i’ve been working on this since november. some of you may even helped with research as i had a survey going around at one point. (thank you if you did!) it's a known fact that with depression comes the inability to do basic tasks. this gives people a way to journal and track their habits on even the hardest days. it’s meant to be fun with a simple design, tips for depression, note pages and cute quotes.
